RETURNS POLICY
You can return any item purchased on epuzer.com within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. The Product Authenticity Tag must be attached with the plastic security seal intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. The Epuzer Store Online guarantees a refund of the amount equal to the price of the goods. The money will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the goods via bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer in the form. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. The return shipping is paid by the customer.

Should you be interested in a different size, colour or style, please contact us on office@epuzer.com to check the product availability. If this item is in our warehouse we will then hold it for you and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order.
